Refund Policy

There is a no refund policy in place, once money has been sent across it will not be returned. Extenuating circumstances may be considered given the situation.

DIRECT DEBIT

Direct debit policy states that if funds aren't received on the day of subscription that a $5 fee will be incurred for every week that theses funds cannot be received. If 3 weeks incur with no payment then access to the application and services will be cut off.
